Staff and Leadership

Please find below an introduction to our church leaders and staff members.
Richard ZairRevd. Canon Richard Zair
Richard is the vicar of the United Benefice of Marcham with Garford and Shippon. In addition to this he is area dean and has recently been made an honorary Canon of Christchurch Cathedral! He is married to Sylvia and they have two grown-up daughters.
Rosemary Siebert
Rosemary is an Associate Minister licensed to the Benefice who assists with worship and group ministry. She is part of a team seeking to give support to the bereaved. Rosemary has a particular interest in art, film and Ignatian spirituality. She lived in Canada for many years, and still misses the dependable warmth of the summers though likes living in Marcham! Rosemary has two grown up sons, a daughter in law and a grandchild who live nearby to her great joy.
Debbie Flint
Debbie is our current churchwarden who has served us as church warden for some time now. She and a team of deputy churchwardens support Richard in his role as vicar. She has a passion for prayer.
Jill RoweJill Rowe
Jill's main role is overseeing everything that happens with our children and young people, ranging from glueing and sticking, teaching RE at school to taking young people to music gigs and camps, or out for hot chocolate and ice creams. Her desire is to make sure each child  / young person knows how special they are and that they are loved by a true and living God who wants to be their friend. She is married to Neil, has 2 daughters, a son, a daughter in law and a crazy dog.
Rob FinchRob Finch
Rob has worked with young people his whole adult life.  He is married to Jay and they have a beautiful three year old daughter, Felicity.  They have moved to the village from Dorset where Rob had been serving as a Youth Minister for the last three years whilst completing his MA, specialising in children’s and community work. Rob is a keen runner and completed his first marathon this year; he also loves action movies and lots of sweets.
Rachel Gaisford
Rachel Gaisford is employed 6 hours a week during term time to work, encourage and support our older members of All Saints. She puts on events, courses, groups, home visits and aims to keep our older people included and spread their wisdom and knowledge with others! Rachel also heads up our Women's ministry - The Changing Room which is a breakfast 6/year and other events such a Christmas crafts/ pamper evenings. She also heads up our Simply Suppers  (meal delivery service for church members). She is married to Charles and has 2 children - Lauren ( 13 )and Daniel (11)
TamsinTamsin Gilbert
Tamsin is our parish administrator and can be found in the parish office most weekday mornings and is the person on the other end of the parish office email. She is married to James and they have two children, Ethan and Imogen.

We also have a team of service leaders who help Richard in leading and preaching at services as two out of four weeks each month, Richard is at St. Mary's, Shippon.

The PCC are another important part of our church leadership structure.
